We are currently recruiting HCAs to support a complex care package based in Eastbourne.

Shifts Available
Day shifts may be worked as full days or split shifts to allow greater flexibility:
Weekdays (Monday – Friday)
- Full day:07:00 – 20:30
- Split shifts:
- AM: 07:00 – 12:00 or 09:00 – 12:00
- PM gap: 12:00 – 13:30
- Afternoon/Evening: 13:30 – 20:30
Weekends
- Saturday:14:00 – 22:00
- Sunday:07:00 – 14:00
These shift patterns are ideal for staff who can work evenings and weekends, where cover is currently most needed.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from HCAs and Nurses who can demonstrate, or are willing to develop:
- Experience supporting young people and adults with complex needs
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, working with individuals who are deaf and blind
- A strong desire to develop skills and confidence through training
- The ability to work collaboratively with nurses, HCAs, and families
- Good manual handling skills (training and support provided)
- A flexible, resilient, and adaptable approach to care
Full training and competency sign-off will be provided where required.
