Requirements

- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mental Health Support Worker in the UK
- Be willing to attend and/or complete specialist training
The Role involves
- Daily documentation
- Following a person-centred care plan
- Working within an MDT
- Supporting service users to access the community (Package dependent)
Shift Options
- Day shifts 0800-2000
- Night shifts 2000-0800
